As the eCommerce landscape began to evolve, Charles transitioned into sales and marketing, becoming an early mover in driving growth on platforms such as eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify. His strategic mindset and commitment to innovation helped businesses expand their reach and connect with customers in meaningful ways.
Over the years, Charles’ expertise grew to encompass technology, ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite), and artificial intelligence, combining operational insight with digital transformation.
